Racemechanic.co.uk is the UK's ONLY OFFICIAL Magura Service Centre. We have spare parts for all forks from 2007 onwards & limited supplies of spares from pre 2007.
In this section you can book your Magura forks in for Service & pay for Service work carried out.
In the long term we aim to show the progress of work received & estimated dates of completion.
If you would like to book your forks in for Service the first step is to call the Service Centre on 07773 453681. We will then give you an idea of when the next available slots are. Only send your forks in ONCE you have confirmed this with the Service Centre.
Once your forks are booked in follow these steps for a smooth service:
1. CLEAN your forks. We know the forks are designed for mountain biking, but have a thought for your Service Engineer. We don't really want to be touching horse or cow poo do we??? Make sure the fork is spotless before you send it off or we will either elect to return it (& charge you the carriage!) or clean it (charge to be confirmed with the customer).
2. Write out a covering letter. On it please write your return address (this can be a work address as we use TNT as our courier), contact telephone number (in case of any queries), & a brief description of what you require.
It would also be worth putting a copy of your proof of purchase in.
3. Box the forks up safely & send to;
